We want you to be fully satisfied with your Google devices and accessories. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start your return

  Locate your order in the Google Store history and select the 'Return' option to initiate the process and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare your package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a successful refund.

• 3.
  Attach the shipping label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop off and track

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your return to our warehouse.
